Main issue I have with Weis' licensed games is they publish the game, and maybe a supplement or two, then the game disappears. Happened with both Serenity and Galactica (liked the former, latter I bought before I became disgusted with the last season and a half of where the TV series went).
Granted, I'm not much for supplements. I buy games because of the subject matter, and take it from there on my own. Have to admit though that I've passed over Cortex licensed games due to my experiences with them.
However, I might add there was once a fairly strong online community which produced a fairly impressive amount of ebooks which could be had for free for both games which are well worth picking up. I'm pleased to see that there's a tabletop SMT game. My niece studies Japanese so I'll have to see what she can dig up. I decided to move that to the 2010-2011 list to cover Annalise: Final Edition. I'll have to figure out it I add that here or on the next list. I don't expect anyone other than a fan/collector of Japan's TRPG market to know too much about them but they exist and are cool so why not mention them.

Unfortunately to list them historically I would have to do a bit more research. I know quite a few (as I am one of those TRPG Otaku) but I can not, with any great certainty, tell you when they all came out.

Still, anyone interested in doing a bit of research should look into:

Peek-A-Boo Horror: Grade School Kids fight evil ghosts, terrible vampires and horrible monsters adults don't know about with the aid of a 'Boo', a friendly supernatural being with whom each child is allied.

Ghost Hunter RPG: Like a combat intensive version of the Ghosthunters TV Series on SyFy Channel. Also once described as a serious take on Ghostbusters or InSpectres.

Nightmare Hunter: Similar to the above but focused on a more Buffy/Slayer secret society that hunts things that go bump in the night. Kind of Hunter: The Vigil-ish.

Shin Megami Tensei/Persona: Based on the highly popular CRPG or computer/console role playing game of the same name. The players are teenagers with the power to give physical form to aspects of their psyche and use these beings and various psychic spells to battle others with the same powers and even demon like entities.

There are more and there is material for some of our games that we never saw in the states. One of my favorites is a book called Cthulhu World Tour, a series of Cthulhu adventures set in a variety of different countries that can be run individually or linked together to form a globe-trotting, insanity losing campaign!Adam Dicksteinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04840144928096089178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4764158821384594980.post-78200797243511116712012-09-26T19:26:34.969-04:002012-09-26T19:26:34.969-04:00I am curious if there is a particular reason you d...I am curious if there is a particular reason you did not include Annalise?Eric Duncanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15076459686352025819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4764158821384594980.post-56511377068222104122012-09-26T19:06:28.051-04:002012-09-26T19:06:28.051-04:00Eclipse Phase is missing.Eclipse Phase is missing.Williamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10694601276276833016noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4764158821384594980.post-64771562184779607572012-09-26T18:16:56.734-04:002012-09-26T18:16:56.734-04:00Fantastic lists.
